Parting the curtain a bit so we can peek

Arthur gathered nights around him, and in those nights came knights. They all wore lots of metal so that they would not be accused of yaoi..but it was a very dark age so nobody could really see. Some of these knights included..

Sir Sagamore..actually he was not the one who sagged but his horse..all that metal and such you know?

Sir Lancelot..what he lanced a lot turned out to be the Queen, which is very seldom a Good Thing, unless the Queen is Catharine the Great, which is another country and time altogether.

Sir Galahad..spent much of his time searching for the Holy Grail. It was also about this time that whiskey was invented. There is no connection between the two facts. That is my story and I am sticking with it.

Sir Gawain..best known because a book was later written about his search for the Green Knight. Which we shall not go into at all.

Sir Robin..who came along toward the end (oh..say 1200 years, but remember little of the time was actually there at the time) and who is the only knight nominated for a Tony Award.

The Knights jousted and slayed dragons and did all sorts of Good Things. They also tried to invent football but they used a round field so it lacked something. They tried to cover up the scuffed ground by putting a table there.

Alas..all good things come to an end. Arthur and his son Mordred, who was the son of Arthur's sister Morgan came to blows which proved fatal for both. The Knights all went off to search for the Holy Grail while singing John Barleycorn.Morgan took her style of living and moved to Wales. Merlin went to sleep waiting for a spam free email system. We do not expect him to wake up very soon.

coming next various unready and unsteady kings and a Venerable parting of the curtains.
