A relatively new addition to Mriganka, Bison has him working on some secret project. Although only a Boss, Bison affords him the same latitude as the Overlords (which is also done for the bosses Sagat, Vega, and Balrog). This does not sit well with his "coworkers," and they also don't like to sit near him (because he makes them uncomfortable, all except Bison and Vega).
