Vector Wing
Vector Wing is an America-based mercenary group that does international
work. Most of the mercenaries have a degree of honor so they don't accept
every job. Their leader is simply known as Mr. Mist (Mysterious Leader).
They have received numerous jobs related to the Street Fighter tournament.
Thus, they have entered several members as fighters.
Major Maxwell: Major Maxwell learned the Pankration while working operations in Greece. He consideres the villagers who taught him to be part of his family. He is a harsh man and won't think twice about applying painful, damaging, or simply bone-breaking joint crushing and dislocating blows to the enemy. He has gained his nickname from the condition of his defeated opponents.
