Lucius Archon, (born July 4th, 1983) starting fighting when he was 12 with his adoptive sister, Cassandra. His inner power allowed him to tap something he calls "sunfire." His parents, Dave and Shirley, were killed when a freak tornado struck their home when Lucius was still an infant. Figuring the Street Fighter ring is a place where he can show off his talent without being a freak, he entered the game. Originally Microburst of Team Airburst then Team Ground Zero, he has changed to an all white fight suit, wearing a golden crucifix, and calls himself "Apollo." He also originally had black hair but dyed(?) it blond.
Cassandra Annabel Lee (born April 2, 1977) is naturally the protective type. Because of her size (she's 6'4") she was outcast; however, she became friends with Lucius who was also an outcast. Getting that quiet kid to open up is one of her few accomplishments. She remembers that everytime she realizes how far he has now surpassed her (in both power and fame).
