Here's an item from the other Storyteller in my Street Fighter group:

Shadoloo's Diabolical Chi Sucking Machine and Expresso maker
This is the diabolical machine used by Shadowloo to collect and store chi energy to power their insane schemes, release the orochi, bring about the coming of the negaverse, and the like. The machine is a massive monolith of black steel with wires and tubes criss-crossing it. Five glass tubes, each large enough to hold a person. The machine, when activated, drains the victims chi and solidifies it into an irredicent green crystal. The victim feels week and is listless for days thereafter. Drained Chi recovers as normal. The process is not exceptionally efficent, as the machine needs to draw 5 chi to crystillize 1 chi. Given that most non street fighters have between 1 and 2 chi, this usually means that several people are required to stockpile even a moderate amount of chi. It also makes espresso.

System: each round that the victim(s) is/are in the extraction chamber, they roll their perminant will power against a target number of 8. If the victim earns at least 4 successes, nothing happens. For each success below 4 the victim loses 1 chi to the machine. If the victim botches he or she loses all remaining chi. In no circumstances can a victim lose more chi than he or she has remaining. It should be noted that most victims are unconcious, either by drugs or being beaten that way, when this happens so that the victim is in no position to extract himself.

The crystals themselves are hard and angular that glow with an eeire green light. The brighter and bigger the crystal the more chi it has locked in it. A crystal the size of an eight sided dice can hold 1 chi. A fist-sized crystal can hold 8 to 10 chi. Larger ones can hold even more. A person holding such a crystal can extract an amount of chi equal to his or focus rating and add it to his or her own chi pool. This chi can be used to prematurely restore his chi pool, but it can not be used to raise a person beyond their normal chi limit. As it is drained the crystal dims and cracks until it completely crumbles when it is totally drained. Given how these crystal are made, the chi within them is tainted with the evil process used to create it. Anyone using these crystals to restore their chi will lose 1 temporary honor each time they use it. Most honorable streetfighters will shun these things if they know about them.
