When Orochi enters the world, he fragments into time lapsed phases of himself since his body does not transfer correctly. Thusly, eight of him exist at once. So, he has eight actions per round, but actions requiring Chi corrupt his phasing so they use more actions than others. His Stamina is 8, but since damage spreads evenly amongst his selves - you must inflict 9x4=36 to dizzy him. Once reduced to 40 health, he loses one action for each additional 10 damage done (so being at 30, 20, and 10 makes him lose one action).

After declaring it's use, Orochi attacks in between rounds and must move his athletics to be in the same hex as his target. Then, Orochi removes the very essence, everything intangible that makes one who he is, and destroys it. This kills irrevocably. He may then roll their Permanent Chi (successes to add to his temporary Chi).
