Environmental Powers to Common to the Four Kings

The environment itself has 8 actions per round to defend their king. This acts on a speed of the King's wits, does damage equal to Int+Focus, and Knocks down.

Another environmental effect known as The Environmental Effect, the king (Fire, Lightning, and Earth only) may spend additional Chi (no limit) on Focus attacks. Each Chi adds the attack's normal total damage to itself (Spend 1 Chi, multiply the damage by two. Spend three, multiply by 3, etc.) and doubles the range if said attack has a set range. In this manner, the Fire of Sin that Sweeps Over The Earth really could, and devastate everything for several miles in every direction (Of course, it will kill his fellow Orochi if they were around).

Only as a side note, Cracks of the Earth and Burning Verdict (1 Chi each) are environmental maneuvers that auto-target individuals equal to Focus within range of Wits+Focus and does damage equal to Int+Focus (Burning Verdict) or simply swallows into a deep chasm (if Int+Focus defeats an opposing Dex roll, Cracks of the Earth). May be dodged. Range, Number of Targets, and Damage are all increased by The Environmental Effect.
