This section is where I will put material adapted from Chinese superheroic fiction (books, films, and TV series). Warriors often battle with Chi abilities that seem more sorcery than martial arts. Arguably, many maneuvers in Street Fighter could be described as that anyway.
Northern Darkness Style
In ancient times, one of its most famous practitioners was actually a hero. Which goes to show that you can pick your friends, but you can't always pick your martial arts.
Refer to Snake Style Kung Fu, as that is the catch-all for energy-stealing martial arts. Except, replace the two Cobra Maneuvers with Cosmic Waking (1) and Levitating Leap (2)
The "Six Divine Nerve Swords" Style
(Liu Mai Shen Jian in the original Chinese.)
Considered a Kung Fu style.
This skill allows you to materialize energy into the shape of a sword blade,
channel it through six veins in his hand, and discharge it through the fingers
with devastating effect. The energy can take on physical properties and be used
to slice through material like an actual sword blade, though often the energy is
simply projected in a piercing fashion. Included in this style are also some
arts from the Northern Darkness Style, Bei Ming Shen Gong, as well as the
evasion techniques of Lin Bo Wei Bu. Many of the acupoints depicted on
the original scrolls are the same that one channels energies through in order to
practice the Northern Darkness style.
Known as the Phenomenal Swords of the Six Channels by the monks of the Temple of the Celestial Dragon who safeguarded it (though never able to master it). This martial art was last learned in the 11th century by a young prince who may have never truly mastered it. The scrolls were destroyed immediately after he read them in order to protect them from a corrupt monk.
Quote: "I don't know any martial arts."

Single Finger Stance
Prerequisites: Fingertip Attack, Psychokinetic
Channeling
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 3; Any 5
Also called the Single Finger of Positivity, the fighter can project his inner force from
one finger with devastating effect. It is the basis for the "Shang Yang
Sword of the Forefinger," i.e. the first stance and so the two are listed
as one and the same.
System: This card is played as you would play Psychokinetic Channeling. The fighter's punch gains a reach in hexes equal to his Focus. This card may be played with any Basic Punch. This
attack may be dodged with a Jump as if a projectile.
Cost: 1 Chi
Speed: Not Modified (as per Basic Punch)
Damage: +2 (as per Basic Punch)
Move: -2 (as per Basic Punch)
Second Sword Stance
Prerequisites: Single Finger Stance, Focus 4
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 2; Any 4
The fighter can project his inner force from his fingers with devastating
effect with the "Shao Shang Sword of the Thumb."
System: As Single Finger Stance. You can now use this with Fingertip Attack, Knife Hand Strike, and any Atemi strike. Your
sword projections now have a range of Wits+Focus.
Cost: 1 Chi
Speed: Not Modified (as per Basic Punch)
Damage: +2 (as per Basic Punch)
Move: -2 (as per Basic Punch)
Third Sword Stance
Prerequisites: Second Sword Stance, Focus 5
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 5; Any 7
The fighter can project his inner force from his fingers with devastating
effect with the "Zhong Chong Sword of the Middle Finger."
System: As Single Finger Stance.
Cost: 2 Chi
Speed: -1 (as per Basic Punch)
Damage: +4 (as per Basic Punch)
Move: -2 (as per Basic Punch)
Fourth Sword Stance
Prerequisites: Second Sword Stance, Focus 5
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 3; Any 5
The fighter can project his inner force from his fingers with devastating
effect with the "Guan Chong Sword of the Ring Finger."
System: As Single Finger Stance. You can project your inner force from each hand, striking two different
targets with the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Stance. You dare not hit the same target with both strikes or two targets in the same hex (crossing the streams is bad, you would also suffer all the damage you caused). If your Focus is 6 or more, you may play a different card for each hand though you may only use your Movement during one hand action if you take them at different times.
Cost: +1 Chi
Speed: -1 Additional
Damage: Same
Move: Same
Fifth Sword Stance
Prerequisites: Third Sword Stance, Focus 5
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 4; Any 6
The fighter can project his inner force from his fingers with devastating
effect with the "Shao Chong Sword of the Little Finger."
System: As Single Finger Stance. Your attack made with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
or 4th Stance affects every hex along a straight line between you and your
primary target.
Cost: +1 Chi
Sixth Sword Stance
Prerequisites: Fifth Sword Stance, Focus 6
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 4; Any 6
The fighter can project his inner force from his fingers with devastating
effect with the "Shao Ze Sword of the Little Finger on the Left Hand."
System: As Single Finger Stance. The effect of your attack made with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
or 4th Stance hits every hex
in a cone shape, from the forward arc of one hex in front you. Every hex between
the lines of those front three sides is attacked, including that hex. Once you
have designated the cone effect on the hex map, you may not re-aim this attack
even if the targets move out of the way.
Cost: +1 Chi
Speed: Same
Damage: Same

Levitating
Leap
Prerequisites: X-Jump, Athletics 4, Focus 4
Power Points: Northern Darkness, Six Divine Nerve Swords 2; Any 3
This is the "so-enlightened you seem to be able to fly" ability
that is so common in wuxia fiction.
System: Not an Abort. May be played with Jump, X-Jump, or Movement, but
may not be combined with an attack. You add your Focus to your Movement.
If you spend a 2nd Chi, you may double that final number. If you perform it two
rounds in a row, you need not land if you are Aerial. Out of combat, you may
leap for rounds equal to your Focus for the Chi cost of 1 round, or you may run
for hours equal to your Focus for the price of 1 round. However, you will take
double the difference in bashing damage if your Stamina is lower than your Focus
and you exceed your Stamina in rounds or hours, respectively.
This power stacks with Light Feet and Balance.
(A similar feat can be performed with Light Feet (but not Balance), although
replace Focus with Athletics in determining fatigue.)
Cost: 1 or 2 Chi
Speed: Same
Damage: None
Move: +Focus
Ripple
Treading Step
Prerequisites: Evasion, Focus 4
Power Points: Six Divine Nerve Swords 1; Any 3
You cause ripples when you move, seeming to move slowly yet moving so fast you
leave trailing images of yourself where you have been. This was maneuver was
appended at the end of a Northern Darkness
Style scroll, but it was lost and amalgamated into the style of the last known
fighter to practice the Six Divine Nerve Swords.
It requires a high Focus as it is dangerous to your Chi if performed unskilled.
System: As Evasion; however, roll Dex+Focus. Opponent may roll Perception+Focus
to contest (the one attribute or technique not added together with any
others).
Cost: 1 Chi
Speed: +4
Damage: None
Move: +0
