Nor/Ep is a modified-delivery epinephrine and norepinephrine concentrate combination. These two biologically active compounds, also known generally as adrenalin and noradrenalin, cause the body to produce massive amounts of energy at once.

Once a dose of Nor/Ep is taken, quickness, strength, willpower, and reaction all increase by one. This effect lasts for ld6 turns. At the end of this time, the epinephrine and norepinephrine are fully metabolized. Stun damage is assessed as if a level 1 adrenal pump had reached the end of it activation period (see Shadowtech, page 19). The possibility for cardiac arrest, as with an adrenal pump, also exists for Nor/Ep.

Because the components of Nor/Ep are naturally produced by the body, the chance of building up a tolerance is non-existent. Addiction is, however, a possibility, given the concentrated nature of Nor/Ep ingredients.
