Are any meals included in the registration fee?
No. All meals, including the picnic and receptions are included in the meal package. In order to provide a reasonably priced meal plan, we worked with the University to package daily meals and the special event meals together.

Can a non-smoker, non-snorer be assured of a non-smoking, non-snoring roommate on the matching service?
Be sure to indicate on your registration form your desires. We can be pretty sure about the non-smoker, but the non-snorer is iffy; However, we will have a trouble table at the registration site and will attempt to solve problems on the spot. Smoking is not allowed on campus except in the privacy of your room--not even in the bathrooms.

Is there specific information on handicap accessability?
We have a very conscientious housing director. He asks that everyone indicate on the registration form any physical challenges and we will address them. He will attempt to put people on the first floor when they need this consideration. There are elevators available plus special buses for those who need transportation.
